Does cleaning service
extend the life of your
facility assets or reduce it?

Like most things, the assets in your facility a follow a life cycle.  For instance, a carpet's average life is 9 years, but can be extended 10-20 years when cared for properly.  The more years an asset remains functional and visually appealing, the less cost is required to maintain the facility.  With this in mind, JanOPS design recognizes that today's life cycle decisions affect tomorrow's life cycle costs.

Equipment Maintenance
Keeping our equipment maintained is an important part of cleaning for SHAPE™.  a poorly maintained vacuum will wear both itself and your carpets out much quicker because it will not have the necessary lift to remove unwanted matter that damages your carpets.

Equipment Selection
With a controlled pruchasing process, the equipment and tools approved for the operating system are designed to reduce damage to your assets.  Supplies such as abrasive scrubbing pads are not approved for the operating system.

Chemical Selection
JanOPS requirements deliberately reduce the amount of chemicals used in your facility which benefits your assets.  Harsh chemicals such as a 23% acid bowl cleaner are not approved for the operating system.
